Every Nirvana consumer is entitled to exchange his/ her piece of jewellery without deduction within 30 days of purchase. Exchange is allowed for same or higher value on furnishing the Tax Invoice and certificate of authenticity. In case the piece originally purchased is exchanged after a period of one month from the date of the original purchase, there will be a deduction of 10% from the MRP** / Invoice Value** / value of the piece originally purchased and balance MRP** / Invoice Value** there of will be adjusted against the value of the piece purchased in exchange. You can avail of this facility either at retail outlet of the store chain where jewellery was purchased, or any other outlet of the same store chain only.

Every piece of Nirvana jewellery enjoys lifetime buyback facility. In case of buyback, Nirvana will deduct 33% of the MRP **/ Invoice value** towards taxes, levies, wear & tear etc. and refund balance 67% of the MRP** / Invoice value ** to you. No cash transaction will be entertained at the counter. A credit note will be issued and the cheque will be directly sent to the customer. In case you wish to avail our buyback facility do remember to bring your Tax invoice and certificate of authenticity. On inspection, if the jewellery is found in desired condition, free from any alteration, incidental or consequential damage due to mishandling, loss of diamonds or gold damage owing to usage, we will refund the appropriate amount.
