Exchange & Refund
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your NIRVANA JEWELLERY.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your NIRVANA JEWELLERY when you receive it, you may return your order for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Returned items must be in their original new saleable condition, unworn and unused (meaning no scratches, marks or damage).
- The product must be returned with it’s original packaging.
- Items returned that are damaged or shown sign of wear and tear, don not have the original receipt or without packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- We must receive your returned items within 21 days of the original shipping date. If we receive your returned jewellery after 21 days we may refuse to exchange or refund the returned items.
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- NIRVANA JEWELLERY is not responsible for any return packages sent to us.
- If you are concerned please return your goods by registered post.
How do I exchange or get a refund on my item?
- Please send return or exchange items in their original packaging to:

* please do not include the word 'jewellery' in the address
- Include your contact information and return address.
- Upon receipt of returned items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus any delivery charges if outside Australia.
- We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of the items.
- When we have shipped your replacement items or processed you refund we will confirm this with you by email.
- Please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 days to process the refund into your account.
